DIY glass ornament

So last Christmas we did a bunch of feather glass ornaments, and I WISH I could find the pics for you…but luckily Cook Love Craft did a whole set just like them, and they are so cool!

Glittered glass ornaments are a breeze to make with the instructions from Creative Green Living.

This sprinkles ornament is so cool, I wish we had used it in our Candy-land Christmas Theme! Little Gray Fox used varnish to coat the inside of the ornament, then added sprinkles. Could you use simple white glue as well?

Ok, I’m really intrigued by these DIY air plant glass ornaments… I love them both as they are, and gold dipped! (I’m seeing so much on the blogs lately gold dipped…have to get on that!) Follow this tutorial by Michelle-S.

Then there are the simply filled glass ornaments projects… Such as this one by Handmade by JC… Sheet music cut into strips! Print it on your computer onto beige paper?

Finally, this photo glass ornament is easy for anyone… cut out the photo in a circle, roll and insert into the ornament. Use chopsticks of necessary to move the photo into place. Bunch up colored tissue paper balls (lots of small ones, its a tiny opening!:)) and stuff in behind the photo to keep it in place.

I love the sprinkle ornament! Does it have to been glass or could I use a clear plastic ornament?

I don’t see why you couldn’t use plastic, except that if you use lacquer, it might eat through it… try clear glue!

I don’t see directions for the very top ornament with snow, ruffled ribbon and trees encircling the ball. Is there a link for how-to?

Is there a link for the top ornament? The one with the Christmas trees?
