I’ve said it before – if you have a small house, you have storage issues. Nothing makes a small home look smaller than a bunch of clutter. These storage solutions all around the house will have you celebrating your home just a little bit more. Let’s get to it! Our feature project above, is a pipe frame wall shelf from ‘Lowes’… easy enough to put together in just a few minutes! And a few more easy diy storage projects there as well.

From ‘IkeaHackers’ this DIY storage bed is based on the Expedit shelves, and is pure genius for anyone with small bedrooms. Especially perfect for teens!



Make this ball corral by ‘Family Handyman‘ with bungee cords. Easy instructions. Scroll down for this tutorial, although this post is full of other great garage storage ideas too.

  4. Im redecorating my bathroom and have a very similar ladder/basket set up. I want to put it over the toilet and have it rest on a small ledge but need to secure it to the wall as so not to tip over. Do you have any suggestions for securing it?

      There are many shaped brackets at the hardware store that might fit your needs, its hard for me to know exactly without seeing the bathroom. L- brackets are ones we use a lot for those purposes!
