This tutorial from Centsational Girl on a DIY mosaic tile mirror is easy, and gorg! I wonder…could you do this same project on an existing builders bathroom mirror? Attach the tiles with construction adhesive, allow to dry, then grout?

Finally, we love this one from Style at Home… simple using mismatched smaller mirrors (cheap at discount and dollar stores) painting the frames the same color, and hanging them as one grouping. Easy!
